Hi, I’m Court. I’m a middle-aged dad of a young daughter, husband of a wonderful wife, and a recent gastric cancer survivor. I have started this blog to record the progress of my new post-cancer life, its struggle, its wonder, its beauty, and its hardships.

I became a husband at age 45, became a father at age 46, and became a diagnosed cancer patient at age 49. It’s been quite a few years. Experiencing this range of life has changed me quite a bit, while physically for the worse, mentally for the better. My family is the reason I am still here, and in order to remain here on this earth, I have to live an extremely disciplined lifestyle. I will be recording my discoveries here as I progress, and blogging my recent history in order to let it settle in my own mind. Thank you for reading.
